At Lost Mountain Tool Company, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. All products are made and fulfilled from our workshop in Georgia, USA.

Processing Times

In-Stock Items

Orders containing in-stock items placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (noon) EST will ship the same business day, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship on the next business day.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order. Custom or non-stock items typically ship within:

If we anticipate a longer lead time, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping thresholds or promotional rates.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx (optional or upon request)

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping service selected at checkout. While most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days, carrier delays are outside our control.

Order Address Issues

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact the carrier directly to start a claim

  • Contact us at orders@lostmountaintool.com for assistance

We will help guide you through the process.

At this time, we ship to the United States only (update this if needed).
